About the project
Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen kelas dan pencatatan keuangan berbasis Web
Problem
Four separate tools that didn't communicate. The team was losing hours weekly manually reconciling data, and leadership had no unified view of business health.
Approach
Architected a full-stack dashboard with Next.js App Router and TypeScript on the frontend. Built a Node.js + PostgreSQL backend with Stripe webhooks for real-time order processing.
Outcome
Manual data work reduced by 80%. Order processing speed improved 3×. Launched to 2,300+ daily active users within the first quarter.
